Manage the smart assessment for safety inspections and audits from mobile app

Use the Mobile Agent app to create and manage smart assessments for safety inspections and audits as an agent. You can also partially save the smart assessment questionnaire in the offline mode.

To access smart assessment, the user's role must match or contain the role specified in the Assessment reader role field. This field is configured with the [sn_smart_asmt.assessment_reader] role in the smart assessment template. For more information, see Configure the smart assessment template for safety inspections and audits.

• Complete a smart assessment for a safety inspection or audit through the Mobile agent app
  Use the Mobile Agent app to complete a smart assessment questionnaire for Health and Safety inspection or audit as an agent.
• Create actions or findings for the smart assessment questionnaire
  You can create actions or findings for every question in the smart assessment questionnaire. For example, to report a hazard observed while completing the smart assessment questionnaire.
• View the smart assessment result using the Mobile agent app
  You can view the smart assessment that was completed as part of the safety inspection or audit.
• Assign another agent's smart assessment to yourself
  You can assign the smart assessment for an inspection or an audit to yourself if you belong to the same assignment group.
