Access safety knowledge articles through the Now Mobile app

Access your company's health and safety knowledge base on your mobile device using the ServiceNow Now Mobile app.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_ohs_im.requestor

Procedure

  1. Open the Now Mobile app on your mobile device.

  2. In the navigation bar, tap Safety.

  3. Open the required knowledge article from one of these areas on the page.

    • In the Browse from all topics section on the page, tap Safety knowledge articles and then tap the required knowledge article.
    • In the Safety knowledge articles section on the page, tap the required knowledge article.
