View submitted JSAs in the workspace
View all submitted JSAs in Health and Safety Workspace. All JSAs that employees have submitted through the Employee Center or ServiceNow® Now Mobile app are available to view in the workspace.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hs_rm.jsa_manager or sn_hs_rm.job_safety_analysis_reader
Procedure
Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
Select the risk management icon (

Select the JSAs list.
- For active JSAs, select Active.
- For all JSAs, including both active and expired, select All.
- In the list, select the record to view.
Research content related to the JSA by selecting the Agent assist icon (

Agent assist searches the knowledge base using the text from the JSA's **Short description** field and shows relevant articles.
