Reopen a safety incident or observation
If a safety incident or observation requires further investigation after it was closed or canceled, you can reopen it to work on it again.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager
Procedure
Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
Select the incident management icon (

In the Lists tab, open the safety incident or observation list.
- For the safety incidents list, select Safety Incidents and then All.
- For the safety observations list, select Safety Observations and then All.
- Open the safety incident or observation to reopen and change the state to Work in Progress.
Result
The safety incident or observation is reopened.

Work on the safety incident or observation to complete it.
