Managing an anonymous safety concern

You can submit, track, and manage an anonymous report and get it addressed without revealing the identity of the individual reporting the safety concern.

The Anonymous Report Center promotes anonymous reporting of safety incidents, observations, and near-misses without fear of retaliation, discrimination, or personal consequences. This type of reporting helps maintain a safe, supportive environment while upholding the overall well-being of all employees.

Use the Employee Center to report an anonymous concern and use the Health and Safety Workspace to manage the anonymous safety concern.

The Anonymous report center [com.sn_anonymous_report_center] plugin must be installed to enable reporting a safety concern anonymously. For more information, see Activate the Anonymous Report Center.

• Submit an anonymous safety concern
  Report a safety concern or observation without revealing your identity.
• Follow up on an anonymous report
  You can retrieve your anonymous report to submit or view comments and updates from the agents working on your anonymous report. You must have the report key and report number to access your anonymous report.
• Work on an anonymous safety concern
  Only an agent with the sensitive content role [sn_ohs_im.sensitive_observation_content_user] can view and work on the anonymous report in the Health and Safety Workspace.
