Configuring up External Legal Service Center

Install External Legal Service Center, set up the requirements for enabling external users to submit request for legal services.

Configuration overview

1. Install External Legal Service Center

   Install and activate External Legal Service Center.

2. Enable record producer for external user

   Enable the record producer to be available in the External Legal Service Center catalog.

3. Enable save as draft option for record producer

   Enable the Save as Draft option for a record producer.

4. Configure the password reset process for External Legal Service Center

   The Password Reset application enables an end user to reset or change a password using a self-service process.
