Use Microsoft Teams for Universal Request

Agents and employees can collaborate using the Microsoft Teams application to resolve universal requests effectively. Employees can create and modify universal requests using Microsoft Teams.

  • Employee actions
    Employees can create and update universal requests and track existing universal requests by using Microsoft Teams.
  • Agent actions
    Work on the universal requests created by the employees. You can chat with employees, and import messages from the records or from the Agent Workspace.
