• Install IT Service Management integration with Microsoft Teams application
  Install the IT Service Management integration with Microsoft Teams application for the collaboration between the agents and employees.
• Install HR Service Delivery integration with Microsoft Teams application
  Install the HR Service Delivery integration with Microsoft Teams application to integrate with ServiceNow instance for the collaboration between the agents and employees.
• Install Universal Request integration with Microsoft Teams application
  Install the Universal Request integration with Microsoft Teams application (sn_uni_req_msteams). You can initiate Microsoft Teams conversations within your ServiceNow instance by using this application. The application installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Install Notify connector for Microsoft Teams
  Install and activate the Notify connector for Microsoft Teams plugin to be able to initiate a Microsoft Teams meeting directly from a Task record or via the Major Incident Workbench.
• Install Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams
  Install and activate the Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams plugin to be able to initiate a Microsoft Teams meeting directly from an Incident record.
