Managing Employee Center for Microsoft Viva Connections

Download and deploy the Microsoft Viva solution package.

• Download the Microsoft Viva solution package
  As a ServiceNow admin with the external_app_install_admin role, download the Microsoft Viva solution package to your ServiceNow instance. Your Microsoft SharePoint administrator will then deploy the package to enable the Microsoft Viva card on the Microsoft SharePoint home site.
• Deploy the Microsoft Viva integrations package in Microsoft SharePoint
  Deploy the Microsoft Viva integrations package in the Microsoft SharePoint admin center to enable the display of card details in the Microsoft Viva dashboard.
• Enable the display of the Microsoft Viva card in Microsoft SharePoint
  Enable the display of the Microsoft Viva card details to be displayed to users in Microsoft SharePoint.
