Feedback task notification

Feedback task notification is sent to the feedback provider once the resolution is provided.

A notification email is sent to the Feedback provider when a Feedback task is marked as Resolved and completed.

The notification email contains the date and time of the Feedback provided, any Feedback response added with it, and the resolution details.
