Company events

Host live company events directly in the employee portal, with prebuilt configurations to streamline the pre-event communications and handle traffic surges. Content authors can easily create and share event content using the drag-and-drop Rich Content Editor and mass-publishing capabilities.

  • Create a company event
    Use company events to configure a live-streamed event.
  • Publishing company events
    Company events can be published via a publish plan or using Content templates to auto-generate publish plans. These auto-generated publish plans are inactive by default and must be activated for company events to appear in the portal.
  • Workplace Service Delivery Integration
    Create new reservations and make changes to existing reservations for your company events from the Workplace Service Management portal, which integrates with Employee Center Pro.
  • Attendee List and RSVP for company events
    Attendee list can be viewed for company events.
