Role required: admin

About this task

Admins can create agent groups, add members to these groups, and add roles to these members.

  • Create Agent and On-site Responder Groups:

Set up agent or assignment groups and on-site responder groups based on your organization’s requirements.

  • Assign Roles to Group Members:

Add members to these groups and assign appropriate roles for their responsibilities.

  • Map On-site Responder Groups to Locations:

A CEM admin can map each on-site responder group to a specific location to promote accurate assignment during critical events.

After you configure group-to-location mapping, the responder groups are automatically populated based on the critical event's location.
