The Critical Event Management dashboard provides a high-level summary of active and ongoing events, including quick-access metrics and links to Critical Event Management tools. The dashboard empowers agents to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
To view the Critical Event Management dashboard, navigate to Workspaces > Health and Safety Workspace and select Critical Event Management.
