Log in to the Contractor Service Center for the first time as a contractor
You can log in to the Contractor Service Center and create various health and safety requests, or access knowledge articles.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hs_csc.contractor
Procedure
Open the email titled Join the Contractor Service Center.
Select the Access Portal button in the email.
For your first log in, enter the user name and a temporary password provided in the email.
You are asked to change the password and enter a new one. When the new password is set, and you can use it to log in to the contractor service portal.
What to do next
Navigate on the contractor service center to perform various tasks to qualify you to work on the site. You can use the widgets on the Contractor Service Center to perform various tasks.
- Submit a safety incident to report it to the safety department for an investigation. For more information, see Submit a safety incident as an employee.
