Contractor Service Center overview
This application is a self-service center where contractors can complete any tasks that are assigned to them by the safety contractor coordinator. They can perform various safety tasks such as report a Health and Safety incident, request permit to work, upload documents, and create JSAs. They have easy access to site safety tools, protocols, and documentations.

Contractor Service Center workflow
The contractor begins by using the link provided in the onboarding email to access the Contractor Service Center. Using the username and password included in the same email, the contractor logs into the system. Upon first login, the contractor is prompted to update their password for security purposes. Once logged in, the contractor can view and complete all tasks assigned by the safety contractor coordinator, including uploading any required documents. Additionally, the contractor can use the self-service features within the Contractor Service Center to create and submit driving requests as needed.
