Using Now Assist in Contract Management

If you have the sn_cm_gen_ai.ai_contract_fulfiller role, you can review the non-standard and missing clauses in a contract, extract the information from a signed contract to add it to the contract repository and search using natural language by using the Now Assist in the Contract Management application.

• Contract metadata extraction using Now Assist in Contract Management
  As a contract fulfiller, use Now Assist in Contract Management Pro to extract metadata from a signed contract and add the information to the mapped fields in the contract repository.
• Contract analysis using Now Assist in Contract Management
  As a contract fulfiller, you can analyze your contract documents and identify non-standard or missing clauses from the Now Assist contextual side panel by using the Now Assist in the Contract Management application.
