Work on internal review task

As a contract reviewer, review and provide feedback on contract documents

Before you begin

Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_reviewer

Procedure

  1. Open the review task from workspace that you are using.

  1. Navigate to All > Contract Workspace.
  2. Click the list icon (

  3. Select Review tasks
  4. Select All or Unassigned.
  5. Open the review task from the list

Contract Request Reviews tab
  • Navigate to Contract Workspace or your workspace.
  • Open a contract request.
  • Select Reviews tab.
  • Open the review task from the list.

  1. If the review task is not already assigned, select Assign to me.

  2. Select Start work.

  3. Open the contract document.

    • Internal storage: Download the document.
    • External storage: Select the document link to open it.

    • If you need additional context to review the document, request more information.

    • Select the More Actions icon (

2.  Select **Request information**.

3.  In the Comments field, enter the details about the information needed.

If you want additional information to review the contract document, submit a request for information
4.  Select **Submit**.

    The contract request Status and the review task State changes to Awaiting information and you can proceed with review after receiving information.

  1. Share the review feedback

    The reviewer edits the document, suggest changes through comments, and approve or reject any redlines.

  1. Select Complete review.
  2. If you have a modified contract document to share, select Yes.

Note: If you do not have modified contract document to share, select No and enter work notes in the Comments field

  1. Select Attach file link and select a file.
  2. In the Comments field, enter work notes.
  3. Select Submit.
External storage
  1. Select Complete review.
  2. In the Comments field, enter work notes.

Note:

The attach file option is not available as the contract document is directly edited in the external storage.

  1. Select Submit.
The review task will be closed, work notes are added to the Activity stream, and the State changes to Closed Complete. The attached document will be available in Reviewed document field of the Details tab of the review task.

What to do next

After the completing the review task, the fulfiller will have to create a revision of the finalzed contract document.
