Configure templates for a contract and amendment request in Contract Management Pro
Create contract templates to easily generate Microsoft Word contract documents based on request types in Contract Management Pro.
The contract template in Contract Management Pro takes a Microsoft Word document that contains content controls as an input. The content marked by the content controls are parsed and used to create clauses and clause variations.
You can add content controls either manually or by using the Microsoft Word add-in for ServiceNow Contracts. Use only one method for a single contract template.
Note:
By using Microsoft Word add-in, you can add content controls on macOS as well as Windows systems. The manual method enables you to add content controls only on Windows systems.
