View household members
View the list of members in your household from the Consumer Portal to see their details and manage household accounts.
Before you begin
Install Customer Household Data Model (com.snc.household) app from ServiceNow store.
Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer
Note: You must be a householdHead to view household members. For details, see Add consumers to a household.
About this task
A household groups related consumers under a single account. Viewing household members lets you see who is associated with your household and access their individual details. Only the household head can view this list.
Procedure
Navigate to the Consumer Portal.
Navigate to My hub > View household members in the portal header.
Result
You can view the list of household members. Select any record to view details.
