Task Plan Template form
The Task Plan Template form displays details about a task plan template record.
The Task Plan Template form includes the following fields on the Details tab. After creating and saving a task plan template record, the system adds the Template Items tab to the form.

| Name | The name of the task plan template |
| Number | The automatically generated record number. |
| Short description | A brief description of the task plan template. |
| Target record | You can apply the task plan template to an existing record in the selected table. TheTarget table can be any extension of the Task [task] table.Note: This field can be empty. |
| Active | Enables or disables the task plan template record. |
| State | The task plan template can be in one of the following states:- Draft - Published |
| Set conditions | Use the condition builder to create one or more conditions that determine when the template is applicable. |
