Track a publication
Access a list of recipients for a publication and see which recipients have viewed the content.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_publications.author or sn_publications.admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > Targeted Communications > Active Publications.
Open the desired publication.
Click the Publication Recipients related list.
For each recipient on this list, you can see if the customer has viewed the article.
