Request a password reset

If you forget your password, request a new one from the business portal login screen.

Before you begin

Role required: none

Procedure

1. Request reset password email.

   1. Navigate to the business portal.

   2. Select Log in in the portal header.

   3. Select the Forgot Password? link.

   4. Enter Username and complete CAPTCHA verification.

   5. Select Next.

   6. Enter your registered email id.

   7. Select Next.

   You will receive an email instructions to reset your password.

2. Reset your new password.

   1. Select the Click here to reset your password link in the email

   2. On the Reset Password page, enter a new password in the New Password and Retype Password fields.

   3. Select Reset Password.

Result

Your new password is set.
