Enhanced address data model for accounts
Define addresses once and reuse them within an account hierarchy, or across account hierarchies.
Businesses often must share addresses between accounts, within an account hierarchy, or across hierarchies. An enhanced address data model makes it possible to link a location with multiple accounts without creating multiple location records.
The enhanced address data model maintains the relationship between accounts and addresses in a new table. By default, this feature is enabled for the new customer service management (CSM) customers. However, it’s optional for upgrade customers.
