Change your password from the Consumer Service Portal

Change your password from the consumer portal.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice.customer

Procedure

  1. Select your user name in the portal header to display the user profile information.

  2. Select Change Password.

  3. Fill in the fields on the Change Password form, as appropriate.

FieldDescription
Current PasswordThe current password. This field is automatically filled in.
New PasswordThe new password. This password must:- Be a minimum of eight characters in length - Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter - Include at least one number
Confirm PasswordRetype the new password.
  1. Select Change.
