Associate wrap-up codes with email interactions
Associate wrap-up codes with the email interaction wrap-up configuration so that agents can select them when closing an interaction.
Before you begin
A wrap-up code must be created. See Configure wrap-up codes for email interactions.
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > Interaction > Wrap-up configuration.
Select Wrap Up for Email Interactions.
Note: If a message appears about the application scope, select here to be able to edit the record.
Select Codes.
From the Available list, select the wrap-up code.
Select the arrow (>) icon to move it to the Selected list.
Select Save.
Result
The configured wrap-up codes are available to agents when closing email interactions.
