Activate Now Assist panel

Enable the Now Assist panel to provide generative AI assistance through a conversational interface in Now Assist for Core Business Suite.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Experiences.

    The Now Assist panel page opens.

  2. In the summary section, select Turn on.

  3. Under settings, select Visit Assistant Designer.

  4. On the Visit Assistant Designer page, select Activate.

    The Now Assist panel is activated. For more information, see Now Assist panel.
