Virtual Agent Designer All pre-built topics page
When you install pre-built conversations, such as ITSM Virtual Agent, some topics may not appear on the home page unless you install their dependent plugins. This page shows the additional topics that are available.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Topic | Name of the topic. If its Status is Available to use, select the topic to open it in Virtual Agent Designer. |
| Documentation | Link to related ServiceNow documentation for the topic. |
| Dependencies | The plugins that are needed to use the topic. Select a dependency to go to its documentation and learn how to install it.Note: Some plugins may require the admin role to install. |
| Status | Value denoting whether you need to install a spoke or plugin, or if the requirements are met and the topic is available to use. |
