Use enhanced reference record

View and manage records when referring to other records in the current Decision Tables, without switching to another screen.

Before you begin

You should have a label of type reference available in the Input interface.

Role required: admin

About this task

You can view the detailed reference records in your current decision table instance. You can also open these records and make changes.

Enhanced reference record

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Process Automation > Workflow Studio.

  2. On the homepage, select Decision tables.

  3. From the list of decision tables, select any desired decision table.

  4. In the Decision table, select the column with the reference type.

  5. Select an appropriate condition value.

    For example, in the screenshot, the column labeled Incident has the condition set to is and the value is set as INC0009005.

    After setting this value, you’ll see an info icon
