Working with Portfolio list view

Manage your business architecture, application portfolio, information portfolio and manage all your own entities form the portfolio list view of the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.

Note: You can zoom on this page or any of the child pages to 200% or 400% through your browser settings without the loss of content or functionality. Page layouts are transformed into a vertical, stacked view automatically.

• Create my list
  Create your own filtered lists in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace and access them under the My Lists tab.
• Using business architecture
  Manage business units, departments, goals, value streams, value stream stages, business capabilities, business processes, and demands in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Working with an application portfolio
  Manage all your business applications, business capabilities, information objects, application services and also, manage their associated architectural artifacts in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Working with information portfolio
  Information portfolio helps to capture information from the assets of your organization as information objects. You can categorize the information assets and determine its business application use.
• Working with AI Portfolio
  Manage AI System Digital Assets, AI Model Digital Assets, AI Dataset Digital Assets, and AI Prompt Digital assets in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Working with your entities
  Manage all your Enterprise Architecture Workspace entities from a single place.
