Create architectural artifact form

Architectural artifacts describe a system, solution, or state of an enterprise. The architectural artifacts in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace enable Enterprise Architects to create and manage the artifacts used in their organization.

Create architectural artifact form fields

FieldDescription
NameName of the artifact.
OwnerOwner of the artifact. The owner is the creator.
Architectural CategoryArchitectural category for the newly created artifact. Look up and select the architectural category
DescriptionDescription for the artifact request.

By referenced recordsOption to provide access to the Enterprise Architecture Workspace users to access the artifacts by referenced records. When an artifact is associated to a business capability or business application, any Enterprise Architecture Workspace user who can access those business entities can also have access to the artifacts associated with those business entities.
Admin accessOption to provide access to document management admin. The users with the document management admin role can have the access to the artifacts.
Sharing permissionsOption to provide access to share documents with other users and groups. You can provide the following permissions:- Role Permissions - User Criteria Permissions - User Permissions - Group Permissions
